Subscriptions
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or trial subscription to Thrive Homeschool Community. This policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
We do not offer refunds on subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at anytime.
For Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime subscriptions, you agree that your membership will begin right away, and that you will lose your right of withdrawal. This will not impact any trial period your plan may include and you can still cancel at any time. Christy-Faith will automatically continue your membership at the end of your trial or agreed upon membership and charge and/or renew the membership fee to your payment method on a basis in which you made your subscription until you cancel.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled. Annual subscriptions renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled. Lifetime plans that include a 30 minute free consultation with Christy-Faith must be used within 1 year of purchase.
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive ongoing access to Thrive Homeschool Community hosted on Mighty Networks. These subscriptions may vary depending on the subscription duration, frequency, and plan that you select.
Subscription purchases to Thrive Homeschool Community on Christy-Faith.com can be managed by logging into the website, instructions are sent via email on signup. If you purchased your subscription directly on Mighty Networks, you will manage your plan directly from that platform.

The following applies to Thrive Homeschool Community subscription purchases on Christy-Faith.com.
Your payment details will be stored securely and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You authorize Appstle (our membership management software) to send instructions to the financial institution that issued your card to take payments from your card account in accordance with the terms of your agreement with us.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to manage your subscription. Or you can log in to your customer portal by clicking on the shopping bag or person icon (top right of screen) and manage your subscription from there.
When you cancel your subscription, your access Thrive Homeschool Community will be deactivated immediately.
When you purchase a try before you buy, discounted trial period, or free trial period subscription, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the subscription. Once the time period has passed, if you have not cancelled the subscription, we will charge your payment method for the full amount, and the regular subscription terms (billing period and amount) schedule will commence.
